Romain Girard

Romain Girard is an accomplished professional in the footwear and innovation design industry with extensive experience at leading global companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation at PUMA Group since October 2015, Romain has held several key positions, including Senior Head of Innovation and Head of Innovation Design. Prior to PUMA, Romain worked at ADIDAS from June 2006 to September 2015, where roles included Design Director overseeing football footwear and hardware, as well as various leadership positions in tennis and men's training design. Earlier experience includes footwear design at PUMA from January 2003 to May 2006 and product design at DESIGN STORZ. Romain holds a Master’s degree in Product/Engineering Design from Institut Superieur de Design - ISD, acquired between 1997 and 2002.
