Paul Donaldson

Paul Donaldson is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality sector, currently serving as Operations Manager at Punch Pubs & Co since September 2020. Previously, Paul held the position of Operations Manager for the Tenanted Division at LT Management Services from March 2019 to September 2020, focusing on rental income generation and beer barrelage. Paul also contributed to the establishment of Milton Pubs and Taverns between July 2017 and March 2019, where responsibilities included rebranding and sales enhancement of 10 former Mitchell and Butler sites. From October 2013 to July 2017, Paul managed various bars, restaurants, and a microbrewery across Scotland and Ireland, while also helping to set operational standards for a luxury private members club in London.
