Jojo Tyhurst

JoJo Tyhurst is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in the arts sector. Currently serving as Head of Communications at Punchdrunk Enrichment since January 2021, JoJo previously held the same title at Punchdrunk and served as Communications Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Digital Communications Manager at Artichoke Trust, where JoJo was involved in marketing major outdoor arts events such as Lumiere Durham and Lumiere London. As Development Officer at Wales Arts International, JoJo focused on building international partnerships for Welsh artists and arts organizations. JoJo's career began at Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru | Arts Council of Wales, progressing through roles that included Project Officer and Audience Development and Research Assistant Officer. Educational qualifications feature a Master’s degree in Arts Management from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Newcastle University.
