Usman Ilahi Malik

Usman Ilahi Malik serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company on the Board of Punjab Oil Mills Ltd. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Finance & Marketing and minors in Economics and Asian & Middle Eastern Studies. Mr. Malik is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He started his career as an analyst with HSBC Investment Banking and later joined POML in 1999. He has been associated with the company in various roles for the last 21 years including as an Executive Director on the board. Mr. Malik’s last position was as Director Planning & Development before being appointed as the CEO in April 2021.
