Leon Farrar

Leon is a Senior Consultant in the Employee Benefits team at Punter Southall Aspire. Leon is responsible for providing consultancy and governance services to employers in relation to their employee benefits, with particular emphasis on workplace pensions and auto-enrolment schemes.

Leon has worked for the company for over 22 years and he has a wealth of experience advising employers from a wide range of sectors, including charities and not-for-profit, on all aspects of their staff pension arrangements. Alongside client responsibilities, Leon is also involved in developing Punter Southall Aspire’s pension proposition and managing pension provider relations.
