Dominique Rashad has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dominique began their career in 2000 as a Helpdesk Technician at T. Rowe Price, where they supervised a team of analysts and played a pivotal role in redesigning the company's website. In 2005, Dominique joined Visa as the Director of Global Visa Online Help Desk, overseeing a team responsible for providing customer service and technical support to global clients. They also served as the Director of Call Center Help Desk, creating standard operating procedures and managing the development of the help desk staff. Dominique's roles at Visa also included serving as the Director of Projects & Implementations, coordinating call center project implementations, and acting as a technical liaison for client relationships. In 2017, Dominique joined OneUnited Bank as the Vice President of Contact Center, where they played a key role in driving customer experience improvements and defining customer journeys. Currently, Dominique holds the position of Director of Customer Experience at PuppySpot, a role they started in 2020.
Dominique Rashad holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Morgan State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including "Becoming a Thought Leader," "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," "Product Management First Steps," "Certified Netware Administrator" from Novell, and "Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer" from Microsoft.
