Chris Ruta has worked in the construction industry since 2000. chris began their career as a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction, followed by a role as a Project Director at Carillion in 2004. In 2018, they moved to M+W Group as a Project Director, followed by a role as a Construction Consultant in 2020. Currently, they are a Project & Design Manager at Purcell, where they are working on the most iconic building project in Manchester.

Chris Ruta obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cost Management of Building Services from Nottingham Trent University. Prior to that, they attended Sale Grammar School for Boys from 1974 to 1979.
