Randa Deaton

Randa Deaton is currently serving as Vice President, Purchaser Engagement at the Purchaser Business Group on Health (PBGH) since October 2021. Prior to this role, Randa was the President and CEO of the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative from April 2020 to October 2021, where Randa worked towards improving healthcare delivery and health status in Greater Louisville and Kentucky. With over 20 years of experience, Randa has held various leadership positions at companies like Ford Motor Company and Geometric Results, Inc. Randa holds a B.A. in Psychology & Communication from Indiana State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
