Les Eller has over 25 years of diverse work experience in various organizations and positions. Les currently works as the Assistant Director of Creative Services - Media Systems at Purdue Athletics since May 2022. Prior to that, Les worked as a Freelance Designer, collaborating with clients like Purdue Athletics, conventions, small businesses, and non-profits. Les has also worked as the Volunteer Director at Indy PopCon, managing a team of over 120 volunteers. Les has had a long association with Purdue University, where they served as a Production Project Manager and Multimedia Specialist, responsible for planning and executing projects for Hall of Music Productions, Purdue Athletics, and other departments. Additionally, they have worked as an Instructor at Ivy Tech, teaching graphic design and IT-related courses, and at Purdue University's Gifted Education Resource Institute as an Instructor and Counselor for youth programs focused on design and digital technology. Les's early career includes a role as a Trainer and Graphics Designer at Whirlpool, where they trained new employees and contributed to print advertising and instructional manuals.

Les Eller completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Graphics at Purdue University from 1992 to 1999.
