Michael Watts, P.E. is a Development Manager at Pure Development, bringing years of experience in leading project managers, engineers, and CAD designers to develop site/civil construction plans and specs for various projects. Prior to their current role, Michael served as a Team Leader Civil Group at American Structurepoint, Inc., Project Manager Civil National Group at Fleis & VandenBrink Engineering, Inc., and Project Engineer IV at RW Armstrong. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Emphasis from Clemson University.
