Francesca di Pierro Assoc Cipd

Francesca Di Pierro Assoc CIPD has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Recruitment Consultant at REED in 2011. Francesca then moved on to work as an HR Administrator at Ovo Energy before transitioning into roles such as HR Advisor and HR Business Partner, where they partnered with operational managers and department heads to improve HR and customer relationships. Francesca joined OVO Energy in 2012 and later became a Senior HR Business Partner & Operations Lead, contributing to the company's accreditation as a Top Employer for two consecutive years. In 2019, they joined Nationwide Building Society as a People Partner, where they played a key role in the society's cultural and organizational evolution. Francesca is currently serving as the Head of People at Pure Electric.

Francesca Di Pierro Assoc CIPD has a diverse educational background. Francesca completed their BA Hons in European Studies & Modern Languages focusing on French and Italian Language at the University of Bath from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this, they attended St Joseph's Catholic College Swindon from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained 11 GCSEs and 3 A Levels, all of which were graded A* to C.

In 2019, Francesca attended the Royal College of Art for a short period to pursue a course in Design Thinking. Before that, from 2018 to 2019, they completed a Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems from The Skills Network.

Apart from their formal education, Francesca obtained a CIPD Level 5 Human Resources Management certification from the CIPD institution in July 2015.
