Mr. Gregarek has decades of capital markets experience and has extensive knowledge of the small-cap segment of the market. He is the founder and managing partner of GKG Investments, a highly successful private equity fund that has founded and/ or assisted with early stage financing for multiple highly successful public cannabis companies. Matt has been with the Company since the Pocket Shot days and continues to serve as the CEO and Chairman of Pure Harvest Corporate Group.
