Adrian Almeida has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Adrian currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Pure Harvest Smart Farms, where they are responsible for sales and marketing, operations, engineering and construction, digital transformation, R&D, human resources, and supply chain. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sensei Ag, where they were responsible for sales and marketing, operations, innovation, technology, supply chain, IT, engineering, and sustainability. Adrian also held the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Sensei Ag. Before that, Adrian Almeida worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Skymint Brands and as the Chief Transformation, Innovation, R&D, and Business Development at Azura Group. Adrian also has extensive experience at NatureSweet, where they held the positions of Chief Innovation Officer and Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, Adrian Almeida served as a Board Member at Equitable Food Initiative. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources & Communication at Solvay and as the Director of Human Resources and Total Quality Management at Grupo Kuo.
