John Deroche

John DeRoche has extensive experience in software development and application management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Development at PURE Group of Insurance Companies since August 2017, John previously held various roles at Oneshield from November 2010 to August 2017, advancing through positions such as Associate Implementation Manager and Senior Implementation Developer. Earlier career highlights include work as an Implementation Developer at OneShield from 2007 to 2010 and a Programmer Analyst III at Sanmina-SCI from 2000 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing corporate FTP servers and system maintenance. John holds education credentials from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Mount Washington College.
