Krystal Sikes

Krystal Sikes has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Guest Service Assistant at Target where they handled front-end operations and resolved customer issues. Krystal then moved on to Quicken Loans, where they worked in various roles such as Recruiting Intern, College Recruiter, Project Coordinator, Business Consultant, and Senior Project Analyst. At ACS - Archer Corporate Services, Krystal initially held the position of Account Coordinator, providing client support and later transitioned into an Assistant Operations Manager role. Krystal then joined Ford Motor Company as an Engineering Support Analyst before returning to Quicken Loans as a Business Consultant. Krystal also worked at Rocket Central as a Business Consultant and Senior Business Consultant, where they led projects, implemented change, and promoted organizational culture. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Project and Platform Operations at PURE Insurance.
