Francesca Di Pierro Assoc CIPD began their work experience in 2011 as a Recruitment Consultant at REED. In 2011, they also worked as an HR Administrator at Ovo Energy. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an HR Advisor at Ovo Energy, where they achieved milestones such as increasing paternity leave entitlement and implementing a people system. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Ovo Energy, where they played a role in making OVO one of the 100 Best Companies to work for. They then became a Senior HR Business Partner and Operations Lead at Ovo Energy from 2017 to 2019, contributing to OVO's accreditation as a Top Employer. In 2019, Francesca joined Nationwide Building Society as an HR Business Partner and later transitioned to a People Partner role, contributing to the cultural evolution and goals of Nationwide. Presently, Francesca is the Head of People at Pure Electric.

Francesca Di Pierro Assoc CIPD has a diverse education history. Francesca completed a Design Thinking course at the Royal College of Art in 2019. In 2018 to 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems from The Skills Network. Earlier in their education, they attended the University of Bath from 2007 to 2011 and earned a BA Hons in European Studies & Modern Languages, with a focus on French & Italian Language. Before that, they attended St Joseph's Catholic College Swindon from 2000 to 2007 and obtained 11 GCSEs and 3 A-Levels, all with grades ranging from A* to C. Additionally, they obtained a CIPD Level 5 Human Resources Management certification from the CIPD in July 2015.
