Nupur Mehta

Nupur Mehta currently serves as the Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific and Japan at Pure Storage, a role commenced in July 2024, overseeing HR operations in both established and emerging markets for advanced data storage solutions. Prior to this, Nupur was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Nium from July 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included strategic and operational support for HR business partnering and talent management. Nupur's previous experience includes roles at Amazon, serving as HR Leader for the Consumer Business and as Talent Management Lead, where essential HR strategies were developed across various segments. Additionally, Nupur worked as a Senior Consultant in Talent & Performance at Aon Hewitt, managing high-impact transformational projects, and provided comprehensive HR support for IT outsourcing and M&A at HCL Technologies. Nupur holds a Master's degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sriram College of Commerce.
