Suhil Rathod

Suhil Rathod has extensive experience in customer experience and technical services, currently serving as Vice President of Global Technical Services at Pure Storage since August 2015. Prior roles at Pure Storage include Senior Director of Escalation Management & Service Delivery and Director of Escalation Management. Suhil's expertise in customer experience was further demonstrated through participation on the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience Program at Seton Hall University from July 2021 to July 2023. Prior employment includes a role in Support & Services at Illumio, and over nine years at Riverbed Technology where Suhil held various leadership positions, culminating in Director of Escalation Management & Staff Engineering. Initial experience includes technical engineering roles at AT&T from June 2000 to December 2005. Suhil Rathod holds educational qualifications from Rutgers University - Newark, completed in 2008.
