Riyam Achapero

Riyam Achapero has extensive experience in talent acquisition and sourcing. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at ABBA Personnel Services Inc, where they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for clients in the Middle East. They handled the entire recruitment process, from screening applicants to processing visas and providing pre-departure briefings. From 2013 to 2013, they served as a Recruitment Specialist at PHIL EXEQSEARCH SOLUTIONS INC. In this role, they continued to handle candidate sourcing and screening.

In 2014, Riyam Achapero worked as a Recruitment Assistant at SANDUGO SANDALS, INC. They were responsible for the recruitment process of sales personnel and cashiers, which included interviewing candidates, administering tests, and monitoring pre-employment requirements. They also monitored manpower movements and handled documentation related to personnel actions.

From 2016 to 2017, Riyam Achapero worked as a Recruitment Event Associate at Collabera Inc., where they organized and conducted recruitment events. In 2017, they joined Korn Ferry as a Talent and Sourcing Specialist. They continued to focus on talent acquisition and sourcing, working on various projects for the company.

In 2019, Riyam Achapero joined RELX as a TA Specialist. RELX is a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools. In this role, they played a crucial part in helping professionals in different industries improve their work. They worked on preventing online fraud, predicting risk, and assisting in decision-making processes. Their tenure at RELX lasted until the early months of 2022.

Riyam Achapero completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University between 2005 and 2009. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Riyam pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from New Era University in Quezon City.
