Brandwyn Frye

Brandwyn Frye's work experience begins in 2001, where they started as a Case Manager at the Department of Health & Human Resources. In this role, they interviewed clients to determine their need for assistance and worked with outside organizations. From 2004 to 2007, Frye served as an FSE&T Program Specialist at Southwestern Community Action Council, where they scheduled and interviewed food stamp clients for work and educational activities.

From 2007 to 2015, Frye worked at Chamberlin Edmonds @ Cabell Huntington Hospital as a Health Care Representative. In this position, they screened patient hospital referrals, reviewed patient charts, and communicated with healthcare professionals regarding patient medical conditions and treatments.

Frye then transitioned to SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC in 2015, where they became an Area Manager of Human Resources. In this role, they managed HR programs and services for multiple facilities, focusing on employee relations, performance management, compensation benefits, and employee programs and policies. They also worked with leaders to develop action plans to impact recruitment, retention, productivity, and morale.

In 2018, Frye joined JIM C. HAMER COMPANY as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR programs and services for seven locations in West Virginia and Kentucky. They developed policies and procedures and ensured compliance across all companies.

Most recently, Frye joined PureCycle Technologies in 2021 as a Human Resources Manager. Additional details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.
