Shanker Kaura

Shanker Kaura is the Vice President of Client Success Canada at PureFacts Financial. Shanker has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including online and mobile user experience, management, consulting, and web development.

Shanker started their career in 1998 as a store manager at Blockbuster. Shanker then transitioned into web development and became self-employed in 2007. In 2009, they joined Deloitte as a senior consultant and was with the company for four years. Shanker then moved to McMaster University as an ASP/Java/PHP developer before joining Scotiabank in 2013 as Senior Manager of Online & Mobile User Experience (Global Wealth Management). Shanker was with Scotiabank for three years before moving to their current role at PureFacts Financial.

In addition to their work in the financial industry, Shanker is also a founder and app developer at Software Cook. Shanker has been with the company since 2014 and currently serves as the Head of K2 Labs.

Shanker Kaura has a Masters in Engineering from McMaster University in Software Engineering and a H.Sc. from Western University in Computer Science.
