Cara Lundy

Cara Lundy's work experience begins in 2018 as a Swim Instructor for Water You Wading For. In 2020, they worked as a Receptionist at Great Clips Inc. The following year, in 2021, they became a Food Service Worker at University of Iowa hospitals and clinics - Iowa River Landing. In 2022, Cara served as a Brand Ambassador at Naked Nutrition and No Cow. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Iowa, specifically for the Wahls Lab at the University of Iowa Hospital, where they observed the effectiveness of diet quality on clinical outcomes in participants with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. Cara's experience continued in 2023 with roles as a Brand Ambassador at Purely Elizabeth, Primal Kitchen (Primal Nutrition, LLC), and Sweet Loren's. Currently, they are employed as a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator for Schär Gluten Free at Lamington Co.

Cara Lundy's education history begins with their high school diploma obtained from Marist High School Chicago between the years 2015 and 2019. Cara then went on to pursue an undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa from 2019 to 2023. During this time, they focused on Interdepartmental Studies with a specialization in Health Science, specifically Multidisciplinary Science. Additionally, they completed a minor in Communication Studies.

In terms of certifications, Cara obtained a Certified Nursing Assistant certification from CHICAGO'S PULSE CPR TRAINING, INC. in August 2019. Cara also holds certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid and Lifeguard & Water Safety Training from the American Red Cross, both of which were obtained in June 2017. More recently, Cara acquired their Open Water Scuba Diver certification from PADI in June 2023.
