Donna Gillian-Brown

Donna Gillian-Brown has extensive work experience in medical writing and scientific writing. Donna is currently the Head of Global Medical Writing at PureTech Health. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Medical Writing at Solid Biosciences from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they held positions as the Director of Global Medical and Scientific Writing at TESARO, Inc., the Director of Global Medical Writing at Biogen, and the Senior Director of Medical Writing at Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Donna also worked as the Senior Director of Medical and Scientific Writing at MedWrite Consulting, the Senior Director of Medical Writing at IncytePharmaceuticals, and the Director of Medical Writing at Sunovian Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in their career, they served as a Medical Research Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca and a Senior Medical Research Associate at Boehringer Ingelheim.

Donna Gillian-Brown holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh.
