James Moffatt

James Moffatt, CEM has over two decades of experience managing fleet operations, DOT qualifications, and administrative functions for various companies. James currently holds the title of Fleet Manager at PURIS, with previous roles at GRANITE INLINER, LLC and Layne Christensen. Prior to their fleet management roles, James served as an Equipment Manager at REYNOLDS INC. James graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law Studies.
