Daniel Sierra has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 as a Junior Attorney at Baker McKenzie. Daniel later served as the Chief of Government Program at Alcaldía de El Hatillo and Director at Vendata. In 2016, Daniel became the Think Tank Director at Fundacion La Mejor Venezuela. Daniel then worked as the Director of the Formation Program at Visión Democrática. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Counselor to the Executive Director of Venezuela and Panama at the Inter-American Development Bank. Currently, they are the Business Development Director for the Americas at Puro.earth, and starting in November 2023, they will transition to the role of Compliance Director at the same company.

Daniel Sierra completed a Certificate in Climate Change from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022.
