Jodie S.

Jodie S. possesses extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, holding various managerial and consultant roles at Purolator Inc. since September 2020, including Manager of Organizational Development and Sr. Consultant. Prior to Purolator Inc., Jodie worked at Ryerson University from August 2010 to September 2020, serving as a Sr. OEE Consultant and Employee Effectiveness Consultant, among other roles. Jodie also had a consulting position at Ontario Power Generation from October 2008 to July 2010, where responsibilities included advising a diverse range of management and general staff. Earlier experience includes roles at Lakeridge Health and Ryder Grocery Services, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and general HR functions. Jodie’s educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Masters Certificate in Organization Development and Change from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
