Andrea Nordby has over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. From 2009-2010, they worked as a Sous Chef at 4580 Restaurant. From 2010-2014, they worked at Whole Foods Market, first as a Prepared Foods Team Leader and then as an Assistant Team Leader/Executive Chef. From 2014-2016, they were the Culinary Director at South End Buttery. Andrea then joined Purple Carrot in 2016, first as Vice President of Culinary and then as Head of Culinary.
Andrea Nordby obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
