Christine Heiser has over 15 years of work experience in the restaurant and procurement industry. Christine began their career in 2006 as a Restaurant Operations Manager for Lettuce Entertain You. In 2009, they moved to The Blackstone Renaissance Hotel & Mercat a la Planxa as a Restaurant Operations Manager. In 2010, they became Director of Restaurant Operations for DiningIn. In 2013, they took on the role of Co-Owner & VP of Operations at DineSquad Inc. and in 2012, they were appointed Director Of Purchasing at Tavistock Restaurants LLC. Most recently in 2021, they joined Purple Carrot as a Senior Procurement Manager, where they are responsible for developing and executing procurement strategy, continuing to improve on and develop key performance indicators, and balancing operational requirements and evolving business goals to build out and define a company wide sourcing strategy and standards that deliver consistency and quality.

Christine Heiser completed their Associate in Applied Science degree at The Art Institutes in 2004, majoring in Culinary Arts. Christine then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management and F&B Management from Kendall College in 2006. Finally, they completed their Master of Professional Studies degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University in 2019.
