Nihal Raval

Nihal Raval, B.Sc, MBA has held various roles in the manufacturing industry since 2007. In 2007, they began as a Reliability Engineer at Honeywell. In 2010, they moved to Eastman Chemical Company as a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer. In 2013, they joined Sabra Dipping Company as Plant Manager, where they managed a Greek Yogurt Dip manufacturing facility and had direct reports including HR, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Logistics Managers. Nihal was also responsible for setting direction for the site in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Logistics. In 2017, they became Site Director at Puratos. In 2020, they joined a Private Equity & VC Fund as VP Operations, where they were responsible for building and starting up a new 150k Sq ft state of the art manufacturing facility, leading operational and supply chain strategy, and hiring, developing and coaching the leadership team. In 2022, they were appointed Senior Vice President Operations at Purple Carrot.

Nihal Raval completed their Masters in Business Administration from the University of Windsor between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification from LinkedIn in May 2020 from Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself.
