Najja Morris

Najja Morris is the Director of the LEAD National Support Bureau at the Public Defender Association, where responsibilities include overseeing technical assistance and support for local LEAD program implementation, focusing on harm reduction and case management. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Manager for homeless, low-level drug offenders in Seattle, an Adolescent Substance Abuse Counselor, and a Case Strategist with the Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons. Najja also worked at The Mockingbird Society in various roles, including Youth LEAD Coordinator and Life Skills Specialist, and provided drug and alcohol counseling at the Center for Human Services. Najja holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from City University.
