Jessica Palter

Jessica Palter has a strong background in corporate law, with experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, mining, and securities. Jessica currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Purpose Unlimited, overseeing all legal matters for the company and its operating entities. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions at Torys LLP and Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, focusing on securities, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Jessica also has experience working at RBC Capital Markets and McCarthy Tetrault LLP. Jessica holds an LLB/BCL degree from McGill University and a BCL/LLB degree from Sciences Po, as well as a B.A. Hons in International Relations & Criminology from the University of Toronto.
