Patrick O'Neill

Patrick O'Neill has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on physician and clinician recruitment. Patrick is currently the Director of Recruiting at PursueCare, a telemedicine healthcare provider specializing in addiction treatment. In this role, they work to improve access to stigma-free addiction treatment through their telehealth program.

Patrick also worked as a Senior Physician Recruiter/Search Consultant at Merritt Hawkins & Associates, providing comprehensive physician recruiting and medical staffing services for client hospitals.

Patrick's recruitment expertise extends beyond the healthcare industry, as they previously worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at PSINet, responsible for executive recruiting for a technical consulting company. Patrick also served as the Director of Recruitment at Career Resources Unlimited, facilitating comprehensive recruiting services for various industries.

To begin their career, Patrick worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Interventions Wilmer.

Patrick O'Neill attended UT Southwestern Medical Center from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Following this, they pursued further education at Amberton University from 1993 to 1995, earning a Masters of Science degree in Human Relations and Business.
