Roger Squire

Roger Squire has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Roger is currently serving as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at PursueCare since October 2021. Prior to that, Roger established Squire Ventures LLC in 2010, where they worked as the Owner, providing advisory services and making investments primarily in financial services, healthcare, and technology companies.

From 2017 to 2021, Roger worked at 42 North Dental, initially as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives responsible for identifying and executing projects to drive revenue growth and streamline operations. Later, they took on the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Revenue Operations, overseeing revenue cycle management and insurance carrier relationships.

Before that, Roger held the role of CFO/COO at Great Hill Dental Partners, LLC from 2012 to 2017. Prior to this, they worked at CP Baker & Company as Vice President, where they provided investment recommendations, negotiated deals, and offered management consulting services.

At the start of their career, Roger worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant and Systems Analyst from 1999 to 2003.
