About the VP, Partner Success role:
Pursuit is actively seeking an experienced and strategic leader to build and lead our Partnerships Team as the VP, Partner Success. Pursuit’s partnership strategy is multi-dimensional, and highly network and relationship driven, with our key strategic accounts spanning hiring partnership sales, philanthropy, impact investments, volunteer networks, and external affairs. Each account is leveraged to achieve multiple business goals and the VP, Partner Success will lead the development and execution of strategies focused on cross-sells, upsells and renewals based on deep relationships across executive stakeholders. Reporting directly to Pursuit’s CEO, this role role will manage relationships and account strategies for our industry-leading partners across sectors, including startups, fortune500, and philanthropic organizations as Blackstone, Deutsche Bank, Robin Hood Foundation, Blackrock, Macquarie Group, Citi, Union Square Ventures, A16Z, Uber, Peloton and more.

Compensation
The OTE (on-target-earnings)for this role will range from $250k-$300k annually.
The compensation range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
