Paul R.

Paul R. has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Paul began their career at Lotus Development as an Engineer, Developer, and App Manager from 1990 to 1997. Paul then worked at IBM as the Chief Internet Architect from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Paul founded eAcuity Strategic Partners, where they served as a Founding Partner, Consultant, and Developer, providing systems integration, development, and security services for various clients.

In 2002, Paul joined Putnam Investments, initially as a Consultant, Engineer, and Web & Middleware Sr. Manager. Paul eventually became a Vice President, overseeing a team responsible for engineering, operational support, and implementation of various technologies. At Putnam Investments, Paul demonstrated expertise in Agile development, IaC, DevSecOps, SDLC, APM, RASP, API Gateways, and server administration.

In their most recent role at Putnam Investments starting in 2017, Paul held the position of Principal Architect and Team Lead. In this capacity, they led architects, DevOps professionals, and hybrid teams in implementing new solutions, developing modern apps, performing cloud migrations, and integrating AI/ML technologies. As a hands-on technical leader, they were responsible for strategy, platforms, tools, architecture reviews, security, and support.

Paul R. has a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Psychology from Boston College. Paul also holds additional certifications in various technology fields, including AWS Certified Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Certified Network Engineer, Certified Solutions Expert, Network Administration, and Unix Systems Administration.
