Cheryl Kahn is an experienced educator with a robust background in reading instruction and literacy coaching. Currently serving as an Elementary AIS Reading Teacher at Putnam Valley Central School District since September 2015, Kahn has also held positions as an Instructional Support Specialist and K-8 Literacy Coach and Coordinator within the same district. Previous roles include Sixth Grade Reading Teacher, Middle School Reading AIS Teacher, Elementary Reading Specialist at Henrick Hudson School District, and adjunct professor at The College of New Rochelle. Kahn's educational credentials include a Master of Education in Reading Teacher Education from The College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida.
