Maggie Barkoviak

Maggie Barkoviak has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Maggie started their career in 2013 as a Line Cook at LM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED I DoubleTree Hilton (Porter's Steakhouse). In 2015, they worked as a Marketing and PR Intern at both Cape Girardeau Convention and Visitors Bureau and Greater Metropolis Convention and Visitors Bureau. Maggie then joined Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Airport as an Assistant General Manager in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Raymond Management Company, where they served as both a Manager in Training and an Assistant General Manager. Maggie then joined Midas Hospitality, LLC in 2018, holding the role of Dual Assistant General Manager at the Residence Inn/ Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis/ West County. Currently, they are working as a Senior Sales Manager at Puttshack since 2022.

Maggie Barkoviak received their Associate's of Applied Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/ Food Management from Southwestern Illinois College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Maggie then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Tourism Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 2014 to 2015. In September 2018, Maggie obtained a certification as a ServSafe Manager from the institution ServSafe.
