Mark Boyton has over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Mark has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as Puttshack, Main Event, ClubCorp, and Topgolf.
At Puttshack, Mark currently serves as the VP of Global Food & Beverage, a role they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of F&B North America from February 2020 to November 2021.
Before joining Puttshack, Mark worked at Main Event as the Director of Menu Innovation from January 2018 to January 2020.
Mark also worked at ClubCorp as the Regional Director of F&B from January 2016 to December 2017.
Mark's earliest experience in the industry was with Topgolf, where they held two key positions. Mark served as the National Director of Culinary R&D from January 2015 to December 2016, and as the National Director of Food and Beverage from June 2009 to January 2015.
Mark Boyton obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Professional Chef Diloma from Westminster College - London, from 1988 to 1991.
