Karolis Zemaitis has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Karolis is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Growtech, a Sales Development company that specializes in helping technology companies accelerate revenue. Karolis is responsible for shortening sales cycles, scaling prospecting, and accessing global markets for top technology startups from the Baltics, Israel, and Switzerland.

Prior to Growtech, Karolis worked at PVcase as the Head of Sales Development, where they created practical sales strategies and plans in collaboration with key stakeholders. Karolis also established a thorough sales procedure and evaluated various tools to ensure an up-to-date tech stack. Before that, they served as the Outbound Team Lead and Sales Development Representative at PVcase.

In addition to their roles in the tech industry, Karolis has also been involved with RevGenius and HYPCCCYCL as a member in 2022. Karolis previously worked as a Project Development Analyst at PC ZONA from February 2018 to September 2019.

Furthermore, Karolis gained experience in the public sector as the Manager of Election Commission to the Lithuanian Presidential Election and Assistant Manager of Election Commission to Municipal Councils at The Central Electoral Commission Of The Republic Of Lithuania in 2019.
