Ferry Kooijman

Ferry Kooijman is an experienced executive in the field of rewards and compensation, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at PVH Corp. Previously, Ferry held the position of Global Head of Rewards, IM & Performance at Philips Domestic Appliances, and worked as the Rewards Leader for Benelux and HR Business Partner for Group HR at Philips, as well as Head of Executive Compensation. Ferry began a career at Willis Towers Watson, progressing from Analyst to Consultant in Executive Compensation.
