Karin Vlaanderen

Karin Vlaanderen is a Global HR Business Partner at Tommy Hilfiger Merchandising at PVH. Karin has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, including positions at Mars, Philips, Expand, and Hays.

Karin started their career in 2006 as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays. Karin then moved to Expand in 2008, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant for two years. In 2011, Karin became an HR Manager at Philips, where they stayed for four years. In 2015, they transitioned to Mars, where they first served as an HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing. Karin then became a Senior HR Business Partner - Supply in 2018.

In their current role at Tommy Hilfiger, Karin is responsible for global HR initiatives. Karin has a focus on leadership team upgrades and effectiveness, multiple transformations and functional initiatives in Talent, Culture, Engagement and Strategic Workforce Management.
