Mary Baglivo

Mary Baglivo is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in communications, marketing, and governance. Currently serving as a board member for Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. and Urban Edge Properties, Mary has held numerous board positions, including the role of Compensation Committee Chairman at Host Hotels & Resorts and board member at Ruth's Chris Steak House and PVH Corp. As Chief Executive Officer of The Baglivo Group, Mary offers expertise in brand strategy and advisory services. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Pace University and Vice Chancellor of Communications & Marketing at Rutgers University. Mary holds an MS in Communications & Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University and a BA in English from Rutgers University.
