Tammie Palchanes

Tammie Palchanes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate benefits management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Retirement and Financial Wellbeing Plans at PVH Corp. since July 1995, Tammie leads various programs, including non-qualified deferred compensation and voluntary benefits, for a multi-national apparel company with over 30,000 employees. Prior to this role, Tammie held several positions, including Director and Manager of Corporate Benefits, at Schering-Plough/Merck from 1988 to 1995, culminating as a Senior Benefits Administrator. Tammie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Bloomfield College.
