Tanay Jadhav

Tanay Jadhav is a dedicated professional in the hospitality and operations management sector with experience spanning various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Duty Manager at PVR Limited since October 2023, Tanay oversees daily operations and shift management. Previously, Tanay held the role of Operations Management Trainee at Cinépolis India, focusing on food and beverage sales, and was a Restaurant Manager at Splendora Restro, managing staff and handling various operational responsibilities. Tanay also worked as an Operations Manager at Baalbek Corporation, involved in menu creation and inventory management. An internship at The St. Regis Mumbai provided exposure to core hotel departments. Tanay is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Retail Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, building on a strong academic foundation in hospitality and tourism management from Queen Margaret University and ITM Group of Institutions.
