Solja Kontu

Solja Kontu currently serves as a Senior Associate in Tax & Legal Technology at PwC Finland, focusing on tax transparency, reporting, and the integration of technology in ESG-related queries. Prior experience includes a role as a Tax and Financial Analyst at Sanoma, where process automation was a key responsibility, and multiple positions at Verohallinto, including Senior Tax Clerk in various taxation units and a Master's Thesis worker. Solja has also contributed to the start-up ecosystem as a Board Member of Monttu Ventures Oy and as a Co-Founder of Kiksi, winning an accelerator program. Earlier roles in customer service at Nordea enhanced skills in digital services, while leadership experience includes coordinating large-scale festivals for the Association of Economics Students in Turku. Solja holds a Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Business Law from the Turku School of Economics.
