Suki Pieterse

Suki Pieterse has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and responsibilities. Suki started their career at PwC South Africa, where they held roles such as Chief Operating Officer at the South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre, Associate Director in Experience Consulting, and Senior Manager in Advisory Chief of Staff Africa & Southern Africa. In these positions, they oversaw strategic initiatives, managed communications, and streamlined operations for the Africa Advisory business. Suki also served as the Manager of Experience Centre Operations and worked as a Senior Associate in Consultative Business Coaching and Culture Transformation. Prior to these roles, Suki Pieterse gained experience as an Associate in Data Team Leadership, Intern Psychometrist, Data Analyst, OD and TOM Consultant, Job Profiler, and Learning Development Consultant. Outside of PwC, they worked as a Marker at GetSmarter and as an Organisational Psychology Tutor at the University of Cape Town.

Suki Pieterse holds a Masters in Commerce with a specialization in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Science degree in Organisational Psychology from the same university, graduating in 2014. Suki completed their secondary education at Roedean School (SA) and obtained an IEB National Senior Certificate between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they have certifications as an Industrial & Organisational Psychologist from the Health Professions Council of South Africa in 2018 and a Cognitive Process Profile from Cognadev in 2017.
