Tina Zheng

Tina Zheng, CPA, has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax at PwC, where employment began in June 2013 and has progressed from Associate to Senior Associate. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing state and federal estimates for a private equity client with over 500 partners, as well as federal and state partnership returns and K-1s for more than 400 partners across multiple states. Prior roles at PwC include a Seasonal position in early 2013, focusing on federal extensions and K-1 mapping, and a Rotational Internship in 2012 involving the review of federal K-1s and research on state filing requirements.
