Jason Leach

Director Of Compliance, Executive Team at PWI Construction, Inc.

Jason Leach has had a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Jason started their career as a General Laborer at Bonitz Contracting, Inc. in 1995 and then worked as an Intern at Camas Associates Architects, PA from 1998 to 2000. Jason continued their education by working as a Project Engineer Internship at Rodgers Builders from 2000 to 2002. Jason then joined DPR Construction as a Project Engineer/Foreman from 2002 to 2004.

In 2004, Leach joined PWI Construction, Inc. where they held various positions. Jason started as a Sr. Project Manager and worked there until 2012. During this time, they also took on the role of Business Development from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they became the Florida Division Manager at PWI Construction until 2017. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Director of Procurement on the Executive Team. Currently, they are the Director of Compliance on the Executive Team at PWI Construction, a position they have held since January 2022. In this role, they oversee contract and subcontract administration nationwide, analyzes and advises on risk management and strategic growth opportunities.

Jason Leach attended Clemson University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Construction Science & Management with a focus on Construction Business and Business Law. Jason also obtained a Florida State Certified General Contractor qualification, although the specific dates are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Jason has a GC Qualifying License Agent for Multiple States from the NASCLA - National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies, which they obtained in July 2020. In 2017, they became Procore Certified in three different roles: Associate, Engineer, and Superintendent, all from Procore Technologies. Additionally, Jason obtained an OSHA 30 Hour Construction certification from ClickSafety in October 2014 and an OSHA 10 Hour Construction certification in March 2008. Jason also achieved the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America in May 1998.
