Jieun Kang

Jieun Kang is a skilled financial and marketing professional with extensive experience in cost analysis and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Cost Analyst at PWO Canada Inc. since April 2021, Jieun supports financial reporting, budgeting, and production cost analysis. Prior experience at MetLife from March 2006 to September 2019 includes roles as Marketing Analyst, Customer Centricity Specialist, and Business Analyst, where Jieun developed budget plans, customer engagement programs, and digital solutions for complaint management while implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Jieun holds a Graduate Diploma of Accounting and an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Ewha Womans University.
