Chris Caylor

Chris Caylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technical management within the cooling technologies sector. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for North America at PWR Advanced Cooling Technology, Chris focuses on expanding product reach in military, aerospace, electric vehicle, and high-performance computing markets. Previous roles include Technical Director positions at Wakefield-Vette and Phononic, where expertise was applied in product development and electronics cooling. Chris has also held leadership positions in engineering at Ramgoss, GMZ Energy, and RTI International, managing innovative projects and advancing thermoelectric systems and materials. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University.
